This patch checks if div is less than or equal to zero (div <= 0). If div is zero or negative, the function returns -EINVAL, ensuring the division operation (*prate / div) is safe to perform. There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the reStructuredText markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
