The partial rx checksum feature computes a checksum over the entire packet, regardless of the L3 protocol. Remove the check for IPv4. Additionally, testing with csum.py (from kselftests) shows no anomalies with 64-byte packets, so we can remove that check as well. There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the reStructuredText markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
