This move the kernel/kexec_core.c respective sysctls to its own file. kernel/sysctl.c has grown to an insane mess, We move sysctls to places where features actually belong to improve the readability and reduce merge conflicts. At the same time, the proc-sysctl maintainers can easily care about the core logic other than the sysctl knobs added for some feature. We already moved all filesystem sysctls out. This patch is part of the effort to move kexec related sysctls out. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
