Pull IPMI bugfixes from Corey Minyard:
"A few fixes that came around or after the merge window, except for
commit cd2315d471 ("ipmi: kcs_bmc: don't change device name") which
is for a driver that very few people use, and those people need the
change"

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
