Since commiteeea10b83a("tcp: add tcp_v4_fill_cb()/tcp_v4_restore_cb()"), tcp_vX_fill_cb is only called after tcp_filter(). That means, TCP_SKB_CB(skb)->end_seq still points to the IP-part of the cb. There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
