Lucas De Marchi f3783aa6b8 drm/i915: Convert PIPE3/PORT3 to _PICK_EVEN_2RANGES()
Like done for when __var_args__ were used, but size-wise it's also
benefitial to avoid _PICK() used for 3 ports/pipes:

	$ size build64/drivers/gpu/drm/i915/i915.o{.old,.new}
	   text data bss dec hex filename
	4026288  185703    6984 4218975  40605f build64/drivers/gpu/drm/i915/i915.o.old
	4025496  185703    6984 4218183  405d47 build64/drivers/gpu/drm/i915/i915.o.new

Linux kernel
============

There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.

In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

    https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
