Unbind flowtable callback if hook is unregistered.
This patch is implicitly fixing the error path of
nf_tables_newflowtable() and nft_flowtable_event().

several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
