Matthew Stanley f88b8a510e load_probe: balanced-JSON framing + one-shot connections 
cdrom_bursts spans lines and the server aborts a second request per
socket; parse by raw_decode accumulation and reconnect per command
(debug_client.py convention).

Matthew Stanley d34f4aabcc tools: load_probe.py — E0 load-window decomposition (L1.0) 
Passive ring consumer: samples freeze_check series while the game
free-runs, then locates completed cdrom_bursts inside the span and
reports per-burst guest cycles / effective multiplier vs 1x /
phase_profile shares / phase_hot + dirty_ram per_pc deltas. No arming,
no pause/step.
