docs/SEGMENT_AWARE_CODE.md: - §3.1 names emitter functions instead of line numbers, adds the delay-slot jalr link and the VSync-query hook, and moves cosim_* out of the identity keys. - §5.2 records what PR B routes through runtime_pc(), what keeps the compile address, the code segment's default (the image's own), and what the tests cover (the dispatch rows wait for PR C). - §5.4 notes that D's variants must tail-transfer jump-table cases in another segment. - §5.6 records that B routes emit_pre_icache's uncached test. - §7.1 lists the two new regression guards; KNOWN_GAPS stays at 10. - §7.2 adds the probe's interpreter and compiled columns next to Beetle's. - §8 records B's validation. - §9 records the re-keyed store-PC keys and their SCPH-1001 gate, the filters' Beetle divergence, and the confirmed game-syscall EPC gap (its own change). FAITHFUL_TIMING_PLAN and ACCURACY_BURNDOWN get the dated entries; the burndown also records the RAM 0x0-0xF boot-scratch divergence from Beetle.
