Matthew Stanley 24121d6410 Support trusted co-op netplay profiles and retained texture rendering 
Keep title co-op plugins active in delay-sync sessions with isolated compatibility IDs, synchronized fixed views and BIOS shell skip. Rasterize host texture banks into canonical VRAM as well as OpenGL. Refuse incomplete co-op snapshots and preserve offline mod selections. Validated with eight focused tests and connected MMX6 input/rendering sessions on OpenBIOS and retail BIOS.
