Shokunin c09871b5e0 Test: render thread GL fixture stubs the HD texture pack hooks ...

master's HD texture packs (#557 base) added gpu_hd_textures_* calls to the GL
renderer and the gpu_render.c facade; the fixture runs without a pack.
