fix(build): resolve rolldown from the npm registry in package-lock.json (#1986)

The rolldown 1.2.12 entry resolved from mirrors.cloud.tencent.com while
every other entry uses registry.npmjs.org, so npm ci failed in
environments that can reach the npm registry but not that mirror.
Version and integrity are unchanged.
