P9-T8 phase-close docs.
- Next: coordinator-facing phase-close — cookbook/conventions/verification
records, negatives index extraction, clean gate review.
## Cycle 4 closure — B's final synthesis (the three traps are one class)
- The encoding traps (`lui` high halves, name-keyed gp markers,
literal-vs-symbol addresses) are ONE class with ONE detection habit:
when the instruction COUNT is already right and the residual is 1-8
bytes, compare the ENCODING not the mnemonic — the mnemonic is
identical in every case, only the operand encoding differs. To be
placed ABOVE the three cookbook entries in P9-T8.
## Phase 9 status at coordinator review (context ~87%)
- **400 distinct bodies / 409 regions** — P9-T6 checkpoint met on the
coordinator's gate. All gates green; SHA-1 stable; queue reconciled
(excluded_recorded_negative=115); workers rotated cleanly (A, B, C).
- Remaining plan tasks: P9-T7 (500-body headroom), P9-T8 (cookbook /
conventions / verification records / negatives index extraction /
README / milestone confirmation request).
- Coordinator context near the practical wall; the ledger + documented
merge flow are complete for a replacement coordinator if the close
documentation exceeds remaining budget.
