Matt Dallmeyer 4c812658f1 Easier combo for Speedrun Options (#2196) ...

Some people have complained about the button combo for entering the
speedrun menu, saying it's awkward to press Start.

This change lets you press Select instead (while holding L1+R1+X). The
old combo (pressing Start) still works as well.
